If you are even possibly coming to the F2F for any of it please send me the following so I can put them together in an orderly fashion:
- Board Name
- RL Name
- Cell Phone Number
- Dates Attending/Possibly Attending
- Means of Transportation
- Where You Are Staying (hotel y/n)
The contact sheet is more important than EVAH this year as a) we're not a "group" so the hotel will be of no help finding us; b) so many people are local and not staying at the hotel.

Attention Providence F2Fers: If there is food/alcohol/other beverages, etc that you want us to have at the hotel for post-prom or the weekend in general, let me know in the F2F thread. Also, if anyone wants/needs a ride from the airport, e-mail me and I'll let you know if I can be available.
