Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

All you job-seekers, please be careful of online job sites [link] Monster, and possibly other sites, has been under attack by massive phishing.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I'm the Guild of Outsider Writers' featured poet at the moment. Do please go have a look. They've got my poems "That Left Turn At Albuquerque," "Koan" and "15 Ways to Leave Your Labyrinth" posted.

Terribly, terribly excited.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Request to the NYCistas on behalf of a friend of mine: Could anyone recommend a good psychiatrist who is good at helping people figure out the right ADs and who can help w/ OCD? Someone who is good at drawing people out?

She's in Brooklyn, but is willing to go to another borough to work with the right person. Her current doctor is beyond incompetent.

Profile addy is good.

Howdy, all! That site I occasionally write for, girl-wonder.org, is holding a fundraising auction [link] which is something I'd probably announce anyway, seeing as I'm associated with them and all, but what may be of real interest to y'all is this: [link] the Tim Sale cover line art for the Tales of the Slayer trade.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

[link] New book review by me of Peter Barnes' Capitalism 3.0: A Guide to Reclaiming the Commons. Peter Barnes, the founder and retired CEO of Working Assets explains how he thinks our current system is fundamentally flawed in dealing with global warming, the environment and other commons, and how it can be improved rather than replaced.

It is a good book, and (IMO) well reviewed. [link]
