Hey, Chi-istas--I'll be in town June 1-5 (with my mom, who's a neat lady) and I'd love to see y'all. Is there a Chicago-area mailing list I can join or something? My profile address is good if someone wants to send me an email.
Also, I'm searching for a good tattoo parlor while we're out there--my mom wants to get a tattoo. If anyone's got any recommendations for artists out there, I'd be very grateful for the heads up.

Looks like I'll be driving down from VT this weekend if anyone wants to get together on Saturday or Sunday night. I'll be working on the Upper West Side all day tomorrow but should be free after 5 or 6 and then most of the day on Sunday. I no longer have voice mail at my Bkyln apt so use email if I don't answer.
Not sure which thread to post this in. Aurelia is in Kansas City right now and would like to have lunch with any area Buffistas who might be available Mon-Wed. My profile email is good for anyone who wants to get together.

[link] but you need to go half way down the page. Niles is an older bayarea settlement - and there are some amazing gardens. I know some of you have looked at the pictures of the yard we bought - there are all kinds of amazing gardens in this area. If you like gardens - come on down.

So, I'm going to be in NY this weekend, and I figure if I want to do things I should start planning. There's so much to do that I'm feeling overwhelmed, but I do want to meet Buffistas. I was thinking a brunch-y thing maybe on Sunday, and afterward whoever had the time or inclination could "show me the city". Or something.
