Can't even shout, Can't even cry. The Gentlemen are coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors. They need to take seven, and they might take yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word. You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

A fellow makes himself conspicuous when he throws soft-boiled eggs at the electric fan.

Um, hey, I've been really gray (or grey for those of you prefer that spelling) lately but ... if anyone who read "Slayer Slang" and enjoyed it has a minute to head over to Amazon and say so (about the new paperback edition), it would please the author mightily. There's only one review up there for the paperback right now and it's a stinker, which is making him sad.

This message is for Holli, or anyone who may have heard from her lately.

Could she email me at my profile address, please? I need to reach her about her gift.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

My son Abraham was born on Wednesday night at just after 7 pm. How's that for a good excuse on being slow with the mix CDs?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm making a change to the site database structure in preparation for implementing searching.

While the change is processing, the site may be slow, or posting just not take.

Hopefully not much, and not for long.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

General FYI for Buffistas on Celexa:

A generic is now available! And it took my $100 / month (no health insurance) bill down to $25 a month.

Always Anti-fascist!

An acquaintance of mine, Greg Smith, is going to be the subject of Independent Lens tonight on PBS in the film "On A Roll: Disability and The American Dream" Greg's great and I'm thrilled to see his work get national attention(and not just because he made me a radio star once) I think it's on at ten. I'd love to hear what my favorite AB's think.
