Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

This week from hell continues.

Vibes for our friend and downstairs neighbour, Jeannie. She is at present en route to the hospital in an ambulance; she's a type 1 diabetic and apparently her new pump has been malfunctioning for a few days. She's in some sort of ketosis shock; her blood sugar is off the scale and she hasn't eaten, has been vomiting, for nearly four days. If all this stuff with John and with Nic's job hadn't been camping in my forelobe, I might have noticed sooner, damnit.

In better news, Matt the Bruins Fan, your sleeping bag for John has arrived and will go down to John with Nic in about an hour. Thanks, all.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Now that erinaceous' proposal has passed, it's time to opt in to the American National Corpus.

Remember, your posts won't count unless you opt in. For details, review the passed proposal, and the discussion that followed.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

It's very last minute, but would any Bay Area-istas like to join me, Deb, and Nic for dinner tonight at the Lakeside Cafe at 2529 Ocean Ave (in San Francisco) at 7:30? If so, please contact me or Deb as soon as possible.

Art Crawl!!!

Not sure this is really "press-worthy" but:

The Feb. In Style magazine (Liv Tyler cover) has a piece on the AH/AD wedding.

SMG is on the cover of the March Marie Claire.

Thanks for all the fish.

It's the end of Dawn. In a scant 5 rounds we'll have wiped her out for good chosen her winning quote.

Punishingly Intricate

For us poor Baltimore and environs-istas dependent on basketball-showin' WB 54 for our Angel--they changed the time they are rebroadcasting the 100th episode. It will now be aired at 10pm this Saturday.

Bastahds.
