"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Wow, February is shaping up to be a good month for me. I just got off the phone with my brother and he's engaged! My sister and I met her at Thanksgiving and just loved her. I am so happy for him!

Our wings are not tired.

Nine feet - Whoa! We had that kind of snow when I was growing up in Utica, but they haven't seen that much in decades.

Yay for the new SIL megan!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Nice going, megan.

I am so horribly sleepy. Which makes no sense. I curled up in bed at 8:30 to watch Blade Trinity and didn't make it all the way through.

I've been up a few times so far, including to make and eat breakfast, but just had to crawl right back into bed.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

WTF?! I just tried to log in to one of my Yahoo emails, and I got a message saying my account had been deactivated because I hadn't logged in for four months. This is not true! I logged in to that account last week! Again I say, WTF? They better give me my damn emails back.

Also, nine feet of snow is heinous. As was Blade:Trinity.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Which Super Villain Are You?

I am Apocalypse. I also score highly on Mr. Freeze Poison Ivy and The Joker.

World Press Photo contest winners. There are many sobering and tear-inducing photos there, as there always are in these kinds of competition. But the contrast in the winner of the Portrait section is awful. As is the contrast in a few others.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just read this morning that Fulton has had 123 inches this season, with 50 inches since Jan. 29. Yikes. I seriously underestimated.

But that's nothing, really -- north of us in Oswego County they've had something like nine feet. ::faints::

Holy crap. If you want to send a foot or so (JUST ONE) down here, that would be awesome.

Oh my. How sad.

Also, Clint Eastwood is really looking old....

Score! I got Doctor Doom by a wide margin.

Now to begin building my conquering army of robot doppelgangers.

Extremely. But it's a brilliant picture, isn't it?
