sumi, have you been watching Daybreak?
The Crying of Natter 49
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Do king cakes freeze well? The ones at the grocery store are taunting me, but I doubt any will be left (or worth eating) by April when I come off this diet.
Also taunting me is the gross incompetence and apathy of the Crittenden County Sheriff's Department, which has now made me lose half of two days in their waiting room while the people who were supposed to be helping me with an accident report couldn't be bothered to remember. They finally foisted me off on the Highway patrol, which works out of a seldom staffed basement office/broom closet. The oh-so-helpful trooper testily asked me why I didn't file a report on Friday (the deputy told me to come back Monday), leave my car at the accident scene for a trooper to assess (no trooper ever showed up), and then told me that I needed to drive my questionably roadworthy car 70 miles on the highway to their office for damage assessment on the off chance that somebody would actually be there.
I sincerely hope she's holding her breath waiting for that to happen.

Yes. This last episode confused me.
I'm only on the first unaired one. How far are you along?
I'm caught up.
So they don't wrap up any arc at all? Do you know if there are others filmed?
Well, we're not done - - there are three more episodes. (Have they put the last three up?) I've watched through episode 10.
I saw four when I went to the site.
Do king cakes freeze well?
I've never tried, but I would think they'd freeze about as well as a croissant. The cheaper grocery store ones would probably freeze less well than a bakery one too.
