Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have just managed to schedule another job interview. Oy, this is tiresome.

My father is still in hospital. He'd intended to leave today, but they won't let him. It's pretty funny that I think our similarities are most apparent when we are infirm. Or it's sad.

ANYWAY. He seems to be mostly well, and just under observation and undergoing some more treatment.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

ita, I'm glad he's doing well and I hope he's able to go home tomorrow. And interview~ma to you!

Continued good health to your dad, ita.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I can't believe I haven't mentioned all day, and just remembered 'cause my phone rang. ATHF theme song is my ringtone!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Make sure to change your ringtone next time you go to Boston....

I look more rad than Lutheranism

ita, that's good to hear about your dad.

In town to deliver remarks on the economy, the president walked into the diner, where he was greeted with what can only be described as a sedate reception. No one rushed to shake his hand. There were no audible gasps or yelps of excitement that usually accompany visits like this. Last summer, a woman nearly fainted when Bush made an unscheduled visit for some donut holes at the legendary Lou Mitchell’s Restaurant in Chicago. In Peoria this week, many patrons found their pancakes more interesting. Except for the click of news cameras and the clang of a dish from the kitchen, the quiet was deafening.

Dear sweet Lord, this is beautiful.

Heh. NPR was just doing the story and talking about the guys getting off on bail. He said, "The men are accused of placing lighted signs underneath bridges..." That's not right, right? I mean, that's what they did not what they're accused of.

brillig

I would like to publically say, God bless my friends.

I mentioned that my furnace went out on Sunday night. As of last night, there's a brand new motor and I was was warm. We have a young friend who works for a shop that repairs motors and such, and he was happy to crawl under the house to see what was what. When we asked him what we owed him he said "I'll get back to you."

I am so damned lucky.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

From a CNN Article: Peter Berdovsky, 27, a freelance video artist from Arlington, Massachusetts, and Sean Stevens, 28, were facing charges of placing a hoax device in a way that results in panic, as well as one count of disorderly conduct, said Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley. The hoax charge is a felony, she said. Both men were arrested Wednesday evening.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

They're already out on bail -- $2,500 each, which should show you how un-seriously the judge is taking the charges.
