Pear + tart sounds good, but I think you'll want to be careful not to overpower - pear is such a subtle flavor. I'd go for club soda and a squeeze of lime, I think.
Unless pear vodka doesn't taste like I'm imagining. I'm probably thinking of pear brandy.
