Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Well, so much for my cozying up to Seth and Ryan.
Tragedy!

And those suffering from the thing that that link talked about? There are things that should never be. I mean? That's cruel with a side of unusual.

I am crawled onto the couch with tv and want someone to rub my neck.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

want someone to rub my neck

I am almost in tears with how much I want this. I'm so pointlessly sore and tight all through the back.

Well, DVD it is. Off to watch Near Dark. Or at least to fall asleep to it.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

Can I go in there without fear of getting spoiled for any of the other shows which I'm watching on DVD-lag?

Sorry, wasn't thinking. After Bullock threw the badge in the mud, he picked it up and took it to Dan.

On the sci-fi thing, I'm Frank Herbert, which sorta surprised me.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm Mickey Spillane!? Then I took it again trying to come out as Robert Heinlein and I ended up as Ayn Rand. I suppose that's not a big jump.

I took a really hot shower. Amazing how that really wasn't the same at all. Now I am clean but still tight and sore. With stupid hair because I didn't do anything to it after the shower.

Cass do you have a heating pad? Alternating heat and cold works well for me.

Laga, would you accept belated birthday wishes from a complete stranger on the internet who didn't even post that much with you?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I accept all birthday wishes! Thanks Nilly!

And it's not belated. It's still my birthday for 11 more minutes and I will keep celebrating until February 1st.

I need a new heating pad. I have a gel one that microwaves but I need something that plugs in. I shall go nuke now.

But a *wonderful* stranger on the internet.

Hi, Nilly!

Yay for different timezones!

I will keep celebrating until February 1st

Yay for celebrating!

I celebrate my birthday according to the Jewish calendar, which doesn't always fit the general one. So it's like we officially have a birth-several-days rather than a single birthday.

[Edited to: Cass! How wonderful to post with you! How are you doing?]
