What? She killed 'em with mathematics. What else could it have been?

Now tagless for your comfort.

It's FREEZING in here. Most likely because it's only 18 degrees outside. I should be bundled up in bed but I took a 3 hour nap from 5-8 which has screwed with my sleep cycle.

I've looked at Skype but I don't know that many people who are on the computer as much as I am (besides buffistas).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister and I seem to talk every day, but I am working on some side projects for her. Sadly, somehow, my weekly actual call home seems to have dropped off in the interim. My dad has Skype too, and we've talked once. My mother hasn't installed it yet.

Of course, they all live in the same house, so it's not like they can't all crowd my sister's laptop with the camera. But they email each other stuff from one room to another, so what else would I expect but fragmentation.

Where the hell is my finger brace? Man, when my partner in pain gets back, he's going to have hella straightening to do and I shudder to think of how much that will hurt.

One of my sisters is easier to find near the computer than near the phone. And I'm trying to find any possible excuse to drag my mom to the computer (she's still a bit at the phase where she's a bit scared that if she breath too fast next to the screen, she's going to delete everything).

I'm sitting here now waiting to make sure that my e-mail, with its 1.5MB sized file, is indeed going out. I've e-mailed it to 2 addresses of myself, as well, and I'm not leaving until it pops in at least one of them.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Nilly I hope you get some rest soon.

I'd love a brie and turkey sandwich right now as a matter off fact. If any of you can make that appear, I'd appreciate it.

our local coffee shop does a bacon and brie sandwich that is to die for.

I would like to get a full night's sleep tonight.

I hope you get some rest soon.

Right now I'm all "Princess Bride"'s Vizzini-like to the computer, "I'm *waiting*!".

The computer is unimpressed so far. But it's still working, so not mostly-dead.

beth, I'll tell you what I told ita earlier: if *I* don't get to sleep at all, the universe or the master or dreams or whomever it is, owes some sleep. And I hope it gets to you.

[Edit: Aaaaand apparently the computer only wanted me to start quoting favorite movies, because the e-mail seems to be making its way across the virtual world.

OK, so I'm off for now. But only after: you guys are the best comfort on a night like this!

(My lack-of-brain-ness is indicated by the way I couldn't manipulate any "Princess Bride" quote to fit the last development.]

I see him getting pissed about the insult, but grabbing? A hobbit? Pfah.

Choke a hobbit!

Everyone should get skype, and msbelle should get a webcam so I can look at Mac.

She's SO bossy. msbelle, watch out or she'll out-bossy you, if that's even possible.

Nilly, may you be at home and a asleep right now.

I'm AWAKE and trying to reschedule my life. Not well, mind you. Just at all.

JZ - Jan 26, 2007 2:27:22 am PST #6012 of 10001
See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, Kat. This is no time at all to be awake. The sudden fits of late-night wide awake MUST REMAKE EVERYTHING are awful. Unless maybe your body is just trying to balance thins out after the masses of sleep yesterday?

I'm up with a squirmy grumbling (though not actually upset) baby. Bed, bed... so near, so unattainable.

Oh, JZ, I'm often up at 4. Four AM is doable for me. 3:30? NSM. But I actually need to shower and get dressed as I have a breakfast appointment at 5:30, which I have every Friday.

Insane, right?

THIS is why I must Tivo everything and sleep at 8:00 PM.

Addenda:

I think 4 came about because it seemed way to hard to go back to sleep. So if I got up to use the bathroom at 4, which I did even pre-pregnancy, the effort of forcing myself back to sleep was not worth the actual hour or 90 minutes of sleep.

I'll go have brekkie then prolly come back and go back to bed.

What is even happening?

Poor Kat, JZ and Nilly.

The stories about mac, Matilda and Emmett are giving me mad allergies. My baby turns 11 years old, today. How did that happen?
