Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

There's a train that goes from Fairfield to Grand Central Terminal.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't think there is any chance in hell I'd let vinegar go up my nose.

Seriously.

Why don't we have any snow here?? Also, I haven't seen a damn thing of the promised insane-o movie shooting. Bummer!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

There's a train that goes from Fairfield to Grand Central Terminal.

OK, I suppose I should have just come out and asked if any Buffistas could do me a huge huge favor (with rewards!) and go to Fairfield and look at a car for me.

If this car [link] is in fact in "mint condition" then it is rather underpriced... if I could have its condition confirmed then I'd seriously consider flying out and buying it.

As long as it waits until I get home. Bleh.

It looks like it will not wait until I get home or possibly it will stop again. It was snowing and then it was it was sunny and clear here not 15 minutes ago and now it's all blizzardy out there! Crazy weather.

Oh, but you know what it is here? Incredibly light outside! I thought the clock was wrong when I saw it said 4 o'clock! Yay.

The status is NOT quo.

Do we have any Buffistas near Fairfield, CT? How much of a pain is it to get there from, say, NYC?

What Tom said. If you have to drive, it's still not bad--about an hour. I highly recommend the train, though.

ETA: x-posty and now irrelevant. I feel that way a lot.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I was just in the bathroom, and a woman was in there with perfume so strong that it was an olfactory assault, like being at ground zero of a spritzing war.

I KNOW!! SO exciting!! It was still a little pink in the sky when I left at 5:30 yesterday. It's like a delightful surprise every year.

The only problem I have is that I'd swear two hours have gone by since then, and yet it's still only 4:40.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The sun was out in full force today here, too. So bright!

Unfortunately, I found out that my pair of Serengeti sunglasses has a crack in the frame. I've had them for seven years. They've survived two trips to Europe, one to Puerto Rico, a couple to Vegas, one toddler bending and two Lost & Founds.
