Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Were I to do that, my birthday celebration would be in North Beach, sans DH. See - that is the problem. I'd rather party without him than with him. Yes, bigger issues at play here.

We could party in North beach....

Is last night's Gilmore Girls worth watching? I am getting the sense that it might not be.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Well then I guess the safe/best thing to do is to ask for a tangible gift item. food item you love rarely have? LUSH items? gift card? book?

It will likely need to be along that track msbelle - I'm just at a loss of what to ask for at this point. I think I'm just too frustrated with other stuff.

Lee - maybe we can do something on the 10th???

Art Crawl!!!

There were things I liked in last night's GG: mainly Lane's story but it felt like filler for next week. Like, the opposite of the BSG and Heroes return from hiatus (both were full of lots of stuff.)

Top Chef: You know, in the preview when you hear Tom Collicchio say something about a chef not having cooked anything -- you've got to know that whoever he said that about was in trouble. So, I'm a bit surprised that it was Sam, but it was fairly obvious that Elia was out. So, Marcel was the clear winner of Finale, part 1 (Go Marcel! Show those asshats!) and Ilan is a bit of a surprise for me.

Oh, and I can't believe that they tried to accuse Marcel of cheating w/o having anything to really accuse him of or to show that anything he did was detrimental to their food.

Ha.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Thessaly on Top Chef: On the Ilan/Marcel smackdown to come: "It's the world's tiniest dick-waving contest!"

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

re Top Chef: and once again Sam sat there and wouldn't make a commitment. Wouldn't say "guys, you're overreacting" or "yes, let's tell" He just sat there. Ugh, I have no respect for him.
