Tunguska is somethign I learned about (1) from the X-Files and (2) from the History channel during bouts of insomnia. In both cases, alien theories were prominent.
I just found out something myself. Wikipedia claims that the word "hosey" is a local word for me. That would explain why when I said it the other day some Buffista (I don't remember who) was like, "You're going what now?"
hosey: (esp. parts of MA & ME) to stake a claim or choose sides, to claim ownership of something (sometimes, the front seat of a car)
