Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

Now they're grazing under a tree.

You know...it took me a minute and a strange visual. I still can't get over the wildlife at that place. I mean, sure, I have weird birds that attack my window, but: birds. Not large mammals that could mug you for your sandwich.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

There is no cheerier song.

Not even "Walking on Sunshine"?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

There is no cheerier song.

I don't know..."Just Got Lucky" by the JoBoxers is pretty cheerful.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Not even "Walking on Sunshine"?

Not for me. I suspect that cheery is in the ear of the beholder.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

  • "Don't Worry, Be Happy"
  • "Three Little Birds"

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I don't know..."Just Got Lucky" by the JoBoxers is pretty cheerful.

I forgot all about that song. That was the one that was briefly on MTV rotation back in '83 or '84?

What is even happening?

The JoBoxers! LOVE!

Owen came up to me and asked, "Are you poopy?" Which is his code for "change my dirty diaper."

Ahahahahaha. Ahahahahahahaa. Too cute, Cashmere.

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

The Corwood Industries plot thickens! Yes, indeed, Sterling Smith appears to be someone who is involved in a major bankruptcy we have a part of. Have no idea how confidential this information is so I won't name it, but apparently the bankruptcy crew has been googling a Houstonite named Sterling Smith and have come up with the Jandek Wiki entry.

If there's a less obnoxious co-worker you could talk with, send 'em here: [link] The Katy Vine interview with Sterling from Texas Monthly is now password-protected, sadly.

That's it.
