"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I just saw that article and was rushing over here to post it!

I love rescue stories.

What is even happening?

Karen! Jan! Angela. Sigh, there * is no better show. I don't know if there's ever been a better show. It is so my happy place. I hear the little theme song, and I preten I'm riding the train to Scranton. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THERE ARE TRAINS TO SCRANTON. Pam crying broke me something fierce. Dwight! Ah! Ooof. And Michael was good last night. Sometimes, I think they need a tighter rein on the editors where Steve Carrell is concerned, but he managed to be watch from the hall and a big old woobie at the same time, last night, and somehow Jan and he managed to be a little hot, too. It's like magic TV.

but oh my Pam.

shrift, watch it tonight, even if you have to put off basic life needs like eating and sleeping.

Punishingly Intricate

Office

does Karen know about Jim & Pam, do you think? I'm pretty sure it hasn't been addressed on the show but what about off-screen? I'm thinking, no.

What is even happening?

Dude, what is with all the heroic New Yorkers lately? First we've got subway saving guy, now we've got Catch A Falling Toddler Team.

Heh. Julia needed to bring a news item in, to school, today. That's the one we picked (I think -- it was much shorter, and I can't find it on the Boston Globe site now, but I think it was a wire story from Reuters. I only remember them mentioning one hero. I know it was in New York, though).

lisah, I am thinking no as well. Otherwise, never would have talked to her about the thing with the stuff and the issues.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It's there. I can't think of the name, either. There's another Indian place around the corner on Grand, too.

What is even happening?

lisah, I tend to think not. In my dream-spec, that might be how Karen and Jim will end up breaking up.

Trust me, Cindy, I have an Office appointment with my TiVo after work.

I would have made out with my TiVo, but my husband was there, and you know, that's sort of...awkward.
