My gimlet is a made with Grey Goose and Rose's. And it's mine, I get that.

"That is one tall orange woman."

(Not Vortex. Though she is tall.)

What is even happening?

ON's sizing for boys clothing (particularly jeans and other pants) is really good. It's generous in comparison to a lot of similarly priced makes, and that cracks me up, because they are the crackest of crackmonkeys on sizing stuff for women, and even girls.

When I took the kids there for school shopping, picking out clothing for the boys was easy peasy, yet for Julia, it was nightmare. She's 8 years old (well, she was 7 then -- almost 8). She was in a children's 10 at the time. She's neither fat nor thin. She's a really well-proportioned child, and should not be having pants-fitting stress at this time of her life.

Art Crawl!!!

I wish I had a picture of my friend's cat T.O. who gets shaved once or twice a year. She loves it and is a much more pleasant kitty after she's been shaved. (Well, she loves it after the fact -- I'm sure that she hates the actual shaving.)

I think I'm going to try to return these jeans. Besides the too-big issue, there is definitely a scent to them even after washing, and I can't stand it.

Of course, this may be complicated by the tags being tossed and no receipt, because I bought them a week ago....

Oh, I totally saw Emmett in the waiting room at the pediatrician's office, this morning. Well, clearly, it wasn't Emmett, but it was at least his long lost brother, if not his long lost twin. I was having a mild panic attack at the time, and it was a little comforting. He was a little less blond though, and his dad was definitely not Hecubusian.

Hmmm. Maybe I should check in with my ex-girlfriends in Massachusetts.

My gimlet, OTOH, which I'm grateful seems to be popular where I live, has lime juice pulp in it.

I don't get too much pulp, since they tend to use the squeezy thing which just juices the lime.

Which Bar Lubitsch's didn't, now that I think of it.

Bar Lubitsch is such a cool name. Nothing's more sophisticated than an Ernst Lubitsch film.

He was probably around the same age (I'm pretty good at twigging to that age group, because of Ben), so I don't think you have too much to worry about.
