It's monday and a lot of things are on the list. Snow, Old Navy's whackass sizing, damp jeans and whatever it is that got into my eye and is making it sting and ruin my makeup, for starters.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The good news is that Starbucks switched to a different kind of apple fritter that doesn't have trans fats.

The bad news is that they're still bad for me.

But not AS bad. Let's celebrate that with another bite.

Breakfast this morning? Grilled ham and cheese on jalapeno cheese bread.

No kidding. Usually I try on every pair of jeans because the same size varies so much. Apparently, I grabbed the pair I didn't try on. Or the pair I'd rejected. Very loose. Good for lounging, nsm for walking around and shoving snow off my car. Oh well. I'll have to go get another pair, because I need at least 2 pair that fit right and the old ones are about to disintegrate. Only at ON can I wear both a 10 and a 14 and they fit exactly the same.

Just think of it as an apple and sugar sandwich, Tom!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My understanding is it's because they cut huge stacks of fabric at once, which means the top one and the bottom one on the pile are wildly different sizes.

Grilled ham and cheese on jalapeno cheese bread.

Now I want that.

The men's pants from Old Navy are a bit better. The 31-30s are about what they should be. I know this because I've been wearing men's pants for the last little bit. Or rather Lori always wears them and I've been wearing hers. Though honestly, I have to say, maternity clothes are actually more comfortable as I am huge.

(Jessica, have you started wearing maternity clothes yet?)

I do wonder who the fitting models for old navy are?

Come over, Jesse, and I'll make you one. Just take the day off!
