You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I can't watch. I don't care all that much about the Pats, but if I watch the game, I still pick up the tension.

Yeah, I thought I would flip over to it, but I think this might be me.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

It's a lot easier to watch a football game when you don't care about the outcome.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's a Ventasonic, tiggy. Gives a very fine mist, and makes no noise except for the odd water burble. Has settings for humidity, power/spray (dunno), and for warming the mist.

Okay, somewhere here (I swear) I saw a picture of a kitten that looked all snarly and "I'ma cut you, bitch" but I have no idea how it was described and my foray into threadsucking turned up nothing.

I know, I know, I'm searching for kitten pictures. But it's not for me, honest.

What is even happening?

Jesse, if it helps, the last I heard from the other room (as I was reading your comment) was, "No, No, NO! NOOOOOOOO!"

Now I'm hearing, "Get 'im. Get 'im. Oh, you sonnofabitch."

Now nothing.

Now Etta.

And that post took too long to compose. Filled the humidifier in the middle.

11:00ish work for you? my place or yours or neutral ground?

Are you travelling at all in this direction tomorrow, or are we both sitting near home? If you're getting anywhere near here, I could drive and meet you. If not, I can come over the hill.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm watching from the hall. The last near-fumble nearly caused DH to burst a blood vessel.

Heh. I was kind of doing that myself. At least it's almost over.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This one? Kathy A "The Crying of Natter 49" Jan 20, 2007 10:10:32 am PST

I remembered it was a ringer for mycathatesyou. Turns out that's a useful term when threadsucking.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I can't take this.

OK, DH is breathing again.
