Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

Our wings are not tired.

With Pat Robertson in there things could get ugly soon.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

So...Chicago won? Is this what I am to be gathering here? And this was a surprising event? I don't really follow these things. I'm just here for the commercials.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

The good news: that grey dead thing behind the bookshelves is a fake mouse, not an actual one.
I've had that particular happy before.

I also just paused to pet my black sweatshirt crumpled on the floor. I need a light in that hall obviously. Or I could pick up my clothes.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm rooting for the Colts mostly because I'm kind of tired of the Pats. I have no dog in this fight.

But for fights I do have dogs in:

brenda, what breed of dog is Lucy?

She's a Rott/Husky mix. (I was wondering earlier if there was anyone I hadn't made look at pix of the girl - guess so. This is she: [link]

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, Cass, I can't tell you how many times I've done that. I feel better when it's a stuffed animal that I think is a real animal than I do when it's wadded up clothing, but pretty foolish either way.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Lucy is a lovely girl! But yeah, any tiny dog barking at her is delusional.

Yeah, when it is the black rabbit fur "squid", at least it is real fur. But a Ft. Lauderdale sweatshirt? I just felt silly.

My mom refers to my particular case as post-traumatic-cat-disorder.
