I am very sad because in Jamaica roti means curried goat or chicken wrapped in roti. Like an East Indian burrito.
But I have none, and have had none for probably 20 years now.
they assume you will have debtload that's a certain percentage of your credit limit. So the higher your limit, the higher the amount of debt they assume you'll carry.
I thought it was the way amych describes.
I have pretty large credit limits (for no good reason at all), and don't carry any debt from one month to the next. My credit rating is decent, though I really should cancel my Pier 1 and Victoria's Secret cards. Those have been accumulating dust for about a decade now.
ita are you in Los Angeles? How about a Trinidadian roti?

Perhaps Canada and the US are different.

Timelies all!
Had my every-six-months-or-so haircut today. Got two inches cut off. New stylist, as the one I saw last time is no longer there. At least this one wasn't pushing product at me.
Have you eaten there, Laga? The East Indian influence in Trinidad wasn't blended in like it was in Jamaica, so I don't know if their roti is ours, or more true to the source.
No I just googled "jamaica roti los angeles" and that's what I got. I figure we have every kind of food here.
I figure we have every kind of food here.
The Jamaican food I've found here is pretty lacklustre. There's a good place in Pasadena, and one down near the airport (eta: and neither serve roti). I haven't finished cruising the Inglewood area, but it's distressingly sparse for a place as diversely populated as LA definitely is.
Actually, that's probably correct, as hard as it is for this lifelong Bears fan to admit. Although, if they lose to New Orleans, it'll be a lot worse than if they lose in the Super Bowl--one of the local sports news guys said that the whole season would be considered a failure if they lose this weekend.
Agreeing with Dana (and -t I'm sure) about hearts and magic. Also @@ because, what, losing to a team with the #1 offense in the league is shameful? Assy local sports guy!
t overprotective Saints fan
I had a snow day yesterday! -be safe to my fellow non-used to winter stuff Dana and Corwood!
ETA- I meant to add Texas dwellers in the above sentence.
