I take vitamins and have been doing so for over a year. Last year this time it was because I was feeling crappy. Then I started a low calorie, low fat, low carb diet so I neede to supplement and now its prenatals. If I were really destined to let my body make do, I'd be screwed. I need the folic acid (and before I need the potassium), thank you very much.

I'm actually getting excited around writing my thesis proposal. All of the books that I ordered from teh library are either in or in transit.
