(Of course, it took me until May to upgrade my laptop so that I could put iTunes on it.)
You are my people. I only upgraded the OS recently (see my freakouts when I unsucessfully tried to remember my password in Tech) so I could use the ipod. I'd upgraded last summer because it was ridic that I'd had 1.5 year old OS disks for, um...6 months at that point and Dad wanted them back for some old system stuff.
This is where I need my own personal assistant, because left to my own devices...well, I'm dragged, screaming and boneheaded.
The Unit:
I WAS SO RIGHT.
Heck, I could back up my laptop on the ipod...
So I was reading a book that said i should sleep in a room that is cool, like 70 degrees and I scoffed. Seriously? The house is 66 or so when we sleep.
Weirdness. I'm enjoying all of the GG pics.
I turn the heat down to 65 with my winter comforter. With the summer one, I turn the a/c, when it works, to 70. Otherwise I wake up all sweaty and gross.
but the idea that 70 = cool just made me laugh.
oh, shite. I was recording eureka for Fay and forgot the Unit. Damn.
but the idea that 70 = cool just made me laugh.
Well, it's comfortable, for lightweigh clothing?
loading another cd...
So I'm reminded that the only song I really sing to wee babies is
Mining for Gold.
That's warped. It's the only one I can massacre without cringing myself (I really can't sing. I know the tones are wrong, but I can't do a damned thing about it. I can't believe I played flute for 5 years, and made at second chair amidst some really good musicians, and I really, really can't read tones.)
