"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I know, and I won't root against them, but... Cahmpionship game at home would be nice.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

That video should really have been titled Death, Kitty, and the Fat Man.

t /annoying pedant

Nope, sorry, doesn't close.

Although I considered changing my name to DeathKitty. Awww.

Always Anti-fascist!

There is at least one Wire scene composed entirely of expletives that will be ruined for newbies. I am sad about this.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well, at the end it was Death Kitty....

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I was pleased to recognize that scene when I got to it on the DVD, erika.

It's lovely.

I am blessedly neutral on today's games. What preferences I have are slight and liable to change with events on the field.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, Bears are playing Seattle. Now I am torn. Still want San Diego to win but only if they get to play games at home. It's purty and I like seeing it on the teevee.

Lee, your tag is charming (Now is the time on Sprockets when we flail.)

Crap, 24 is tonight! I am pleased by this!

Okay, yes, I care more about Keifer than football. Nobody boggle.

Heh. Even non-football fans must have liked that last play....

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Stems bacterial growth and forces precipitation of many airborne contaminants, including pollen, dust and dust mites, viruses, second-hand cigarette smoke, animal dander, odors, and toxic chemical fumes.

The "precipitation" means that the bad stuff will stick to the walls/floor/etc. instead of floating in the air. Not so much with the filtering.

And note that the "et cetera" includes dogs who like to sleep on the floor in front of the unit. I had to stop using it because, seriously, it's embarrasing to have a dog who's so coated with dust it looks like you haven't taken her out (or hell, let her move) in six weeks.
