Inara: So. Would you like to lecture me on the wickedness of my ways? Book: I brought you some supper, but if you'd prefer a lecture, I've a few very catchy ones prepped. Sin and hellfire... one has lepers.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Devi just licked the lightbulb.

Lick the lightswitch.

Rosie likes to lick the sticky side of tape. Of course I discovered this after I covered all the corners with Sticky Paws tape to stop them her from scratching.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Amarna likes to chew on the plastic collars that come off of food tubs (namely, Ben & Jerry's ice cream pints). She claims all such plastic collars as hers and takes them off to be gnawed on.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Is this a category on the $10,000 pyramid?

Things Cats Lick

Their balls
Lightbulbs
Their rectum
Pens
Foodtub collars
The sticky side of tape...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Perkins likes pens. He steals them whenever he can. Uncapped highlighters are unusually fun in my household.

Don't forget to send Hec any photos of your cat with the Boogie Mat!

Or we could just all post them here.

Cross posted with Bitches, of course.

OH! I finally finished my big bottle of vodka last weekend (it only took three years), and now I need to buy more, maybe even on the way home. The bottle was Ketel one, but I could do with a change. What brand should I get?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My TiVo seems to have mostly recovered. It records, yay. The only problem extant is a small one in the lineup (I now get the Pacific feed of SoapNet, and it doesn't know--so I pretend it's Melrose Place I want to record instead of Another World).

I slept, pain has receded. Bread tastes delicious. I wish I could work out why it's always done whenever I check, even though I keep checking earlier and earlier.

Still, who cares? Bread! One more snack and I should be decent to leave for black belt training, at least to watch, hopefully to do more.
