I wish there were a simple way to make rum ice cream. Not that I don't like rum and raisin, but I really love rum.

I was substitute teacher at krav again this morning. It's so weird teaching someone else's class at the best of times, and the daytime people are a whole other breed. Went well, though. And I can certainly use any hours they'll pay me for.
