Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking, when someone gave me that stat like it meant anything.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Why would gmail forget all the senders' addresses from whom I want images shown?

Ouch, that grammar hurt.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

password question.

As more and more websites need passwords/usernames/prompt questions, and each site having different requirements for length/numbers/capitals/ID questions/etc, I find my getting old brain is having trouble remembering them all. Is there a safe application that can store them all? I could make a FileMaker Pro database, but worried that it's not secure enough. Currently, I don't have *any* of them written down. Thoughts? Advice?

Oh, I'm on a Mac.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Manager will probably fit your needs. If not, there are payware alternatives available.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

omnis,

I love 1password.

It is really fabulous for remembering all my passwords. The one area where it does not do well is multiple gmail passwords, but beyond that it has everything including my credit cards.

I also have it synching to another computer through dropbox and that works fine as well. it has an extension for firefox and safari.

I posted mine before seeing Tom's link. Does Keychain Manager handle web login passwords?

Yeah, there's still lots of Mac stuff I don't know....
