Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Maybe it's not gay enough.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

clearly. If it was gay, it'd be Happy! and not need to crash. Unless it was partying too much last night, and it's just hung over. t /help

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hee. Love that.

I'd be happy if my database could deal with married couples who have different last names. C'mon, people, it's not that uncommon. Or married couples who give separately (manage their finances independently). My database is super heteronormative.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I know we've had this discussion a thousand times before, but I need new earbuds for my iPod. I had these, which are the Apple ones with three sizes of silicon covers. Unfortunately, it looks like the only version Apple now sells is $70 and comes with a remote. Do not want.

I've seen these recommended. Anyone have any experience with them? Or something similar to my beloved dead earbuds? Or a place to buy a new pair of my beloved dead earbuds? (Other than Amazon and eBay.)

brillig

Do you have Skullcandy earbuds where you're at?

They have the three sizes of ear plugs.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hrm. Looks like one random store carries them.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I feel pretty good with the Skullcandy ones I got semi-recently, and I got them at Target.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've never had a laptop before. Best practices for battery life - plug it in only to charge, or leave it plugged in all the time? Does it matter?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Apple does not recommend leaving your portable plugged in all the time. An ideal use would be a commuter who uses her MacBook Pro on the train, then plugs it in at the office to charge. This keeps the battery juices flowing. If on the other hand, you use a desktop computer at work, and save a notebook for infrequent travel, Apple recommends charging and discharging its battery at least once per month.
