5 hours!?
Ah yes, Tom brings the logical caution.
Shouldn't Apple reinvent batteries now?
I could use an iCharge system that allows me to feed scrap paper into one end and have the device deliver clean, quick, sparky energy out the other end. (And the system knows it's scrap because it has ink, graphite, staple, and tea stain sensors)
Steve can do that, can't he?
I have total technolust now. Note that the iPhone is Cingular-only, and won't be available until (sob) June.
How much is it going to cost?
Or if you have to ask, you shouldn't even bother...
They start at $499 with a two-year contract. They're exclusive to Cingular.
It says "letting you control everything with just your fingers".
Were we using our tongues before?
$499 is really pretty good. Unless they're obsolete next year.
I thought they were putting two batteries in it, one for the extra features and one for the phone? It occurs to me that that is probably just a rumour.
Maybe it's five hours only if you're using it consistently with the heavy use Steve is describing. But that website function is gorgeous. I just want to touch one!
duuuuuuuuude. i want one. the battery life is kind of wimpy though. is that a sure thing?
