Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Thank you tommy! I ended up making someone else do it on their computer, but if anyone else has the problem with the easyshare, it turns out that it will download the pictures into iPhoto only if you have iPhoto open!

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Tommy, you are a life saver. I just need to do some tweaks so it puts the data in the right place, but man...you rock.

Next time I see you, the drink of your choice is on me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

No problem, MM. I was short of stuff to do yesterday, and it was fun....

It works perfectly, tommy. My data is lacking, but that's not a problem with your work. It's a problem with the stupid data I'm getting from my work system.

You, sir, are a rock-star superhero Viking warrior.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I suspect the DVD burner in my office Mac is dying, because I've been getting "media device errors" on a daily basis and we haven't changed our stock or run any suspicious updates recently. Anyone have a recommendation for a VERY sturdy external one? I need something that can stand up to at least a couple years of heavy use (20-50 DVDs/week).

I would lean AWAY from Fantom Drives. I got a few at my old job (hard drive and burner) and had mixed feelings. The hard drive crapped out in a couple years. The DVD burner had strange issues when connecting to the windows machine. I confess, the burner didn't die while I was there, but I have low faith in their gear.

For Mac stuff, Other World Computing is usually a good choice: [link]
