Maybe she means John McCain.

No way. No how.

iPhone question - lately, when I try to sync my iPhone with my work computer (for calendar and contacts),it tells me that it wants to modify 322 contacts. Which I suspect is every contact. Any idea why it's doing this? I keep telling it no, but maybe I should just let it.

“Not dead yet!”

I think under the preferences menu it'll have an option for you to tell it to manually sync contacts.

ION, my HP Printer has suddenly decided to quit talking to my MacBook after a year. I'm trying an update to the software to see if it'll help them get over this lover's spat.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

So what's the word on Firefox 3? Upgrade? Don't upgrade? I'm a little alarmed at losing a bunch of my plug-ins (especially since I can't remember what half of them do).

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Upgrade.

I've been using it for months now (since beta, so sometime in the spring). It's been very stable; still takes too much memory but much less so than the previous versions; runs faster too. All the add-ons that are actively in development have been upgraded by now, and I'm sure people can help out with replacements for any that you really miss. But if you don't remember them, you won't.

Worth the upgrade. It has been working great for me on Windows XP and Linux since the Betas. I was having lots of problems with it on Vista, but the latest release took care of that.
