Ugh. My Treo died last week and I'm using a cheap cheap cheap oldschool candybar phone. Now I have to wait a full month for the new iPhone.
It may not be worth it for me, despite the WANT. I want a more functional phone sooner, and I do love the Centros a lot.
I don't feel the need to upgrade. Yet.
I was expecting a price drop, but I was hoping it would be bigger models with the price drop in the form of allowing phone company subsidies. Because then I could've talked myself into waiting until next time I qualify for a phone upgrade. Straight-up cheaper makes me much more oosty.
Yeah, at that price point, I think I'll be waiting in a line outside an Apple store on the evening of July 10th.
another pricing note: 16GB nouveau iPhone = 8GB Touch. Ouch! (But I suspect it'll mean bigger/cheaper touches right soon)
Oh, and in my continuing printer woes --
Even with the new Brother print drivers update, I have not been able to print. I have resorting in desperation to completely deleting the Brother print drivers from my computer.
Can somebody now please tell me how to reload that update?
$299 16GB! Hello pretty!
Guess i don't get to break the news to Jilli after all.

Sorry sweetie! I was looking at TUAW while waiting for a check-in.
Harumph.
So, does anyone have a link to what providers the iPhone is going to work with? I'm guessing it's just AT&T again, right?
I'm guessing it's just AT&T again, right?
They didn't mention any changes there, and they've been pretty strongly wedded to the whole exclusive deal thingy as they start service in new countries -- so my guess is that they'll stick with AT&T for some time.
