And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I've had mine since January (and I installed the software w/ the codec then), and it only just this past weekend started giving me problems.

Rob, I just got this from Flip support:

We have recently become aware of some compatibility issues revolving around Flip Video and the latest QuickTime update. With the release of QuickTime 7.4.5, Apple introduced a coding change which has affected the audio format of the Flip Video Program. Apple is aware of the issues and is working to resolve it. In parallel, Flip Video is working with Apple to better understand the issue and see if we can expedite a solution from our side.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

QT 7.4.5 was a much bigger update than the version number would indicate. There were lots of changes under the hood, mostly to improve security.

Hmmm, I must not have installed that Quicktime update yet, as I had sound.

Does anyone know how to stop Outlook from just putting shit on your calendar? My boss' new secretary has taken to sending meeting requests through email and it bugs the living shit out of me. How do I deny access?

I can, but I want to stop it from appearing on my calendar at all.

eta: It's a principle thing, really. It irritates me that just anyone can send shit to my calendar. I want them to get a message that says "this user does not accept appointments" or something along those lines. Hell, I don't even know what the latest appt. is for . It just says "Program 1/Program 2"
