Maybe. I think there is static that turns into beeping when skype is loaded. Anything I can do about it?

is there a way to bypass the DRM on Amazon Unbox video? Either to remove or bypass. Nebbermind, i had the "audio only" checked off in Tunebite.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Does anybody know if there's an open source or freeware alternative to Final Draft?

Jane Espenson just mentioned Zhura on her blog, some kind of web-based alternative to Final Draft. [link]

Okay, I'll resubmit my request for an Amazon Unbox bypass/DRM removal method. Tunebite only gave me six minutes of choppy jerky silent footage.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So iTunes keeps telling me it can't save my library because there's not enough space or some shit (I don't have it open right now). My hard drive is in no way full. Is there something I should be doing about this? Or is it just another sign of bad things to come with this poor computer?

Jesse,

do you need to rebuild the itunes library?

I hope you have backed up your hard disk in case end times are coming...

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I used to back up fairly often, but still I'd sometimes go for long stretches without doing a backup. So I gotta say, Time Machine is teh awesome! It's slightly less awesome for a laptop, but then all you gotta do is plug in the Time Machine drive to the laptop once in a while. And if you don't do it for two weeks, it tells you.

And then, Time Capsule is teh awesome²! You don't gotta do nuthin'.

I was drooling over Time Machine today. I didn't realize it was also a wi-fi router. Me wants. Me low on funds. Me no get now. (apparently me needs English lessons too).

Yeah, DHCP stopped working on my old wireless router, so I was waiting patiently for Time Capsule to come out....
