Does that sort of thing chap you?
To be honest, I tend to not overly worry about it. I buy movies and music and use them the way that I'm ethically comfortable. I don't allow friends to copy my music, and if pressed with explain why I feel the way I do about it. I try to let other folks do as they are going to do and only control the aspects of the situation that are directly under my ability to control. Hopefully, once in a while, people will see how I deal with the issue and it might give them pause to think. That's about all I can really hope for.
Maintains and displays internal consistency without trying to enforce external compliance.
Perfectly reasonable in all the best senses of the words.
Unrelatedly, this is a great button to have on your web site. Or even your blog.
GAWDDAMNWTFFFFFFFFF????????
Can anybody please tell me why the EFFING HELL Gmail will not let me attach a Pages document I created myself, from the documents folder on my Mac mini???? I can see it in the attachment finder, but it's grayed out and won't let me select it.
WTF??? I don't understand! It's a document. I created it on my computer. Why can't I attach it to an email?
This is pushing me into HULK FUCKING SMASH territory.
Maybe gmail doesn't like the fact that the file extension is more than .xxx in that pages documents are .pages on the extension. Might be worth a try to change that.
Your Pages "document" is actually a folder with a bunch of smaller files inside. You need to zip it up first or something.
Yeah, Pages is weird. Its documents are really folders (neat side note: Mac applications are ALSO really folders, filled with all the support files and stuff. 'Swhy you can install just by dragging for most programs.).
If you need to print it, export it as a PDF first. If they need to edit it in Pages at the other end, you'll have to zip it up. (ctrl-click the file in the finder, choose "Create Archive")
I'm just using the TV as a monitor for the Mini. What advantage does AppleTV have over that?
I kind of want one, but I don't know why.

AH!
Scola, if you weren't on the other side of the continent from me, I'd totally kiss you right now.

No need for editing on the other end. It's just a work invoice that I want to email out so I can get paid.

If you don't already have a mini, it's cheaper?
