The 24 hr thing is like PayPerView, where you can watch the movie as many times as you want over 24 hours. But somewhat cheaper.
I don't rent that much, but when I do I usually just watch it once....

Incidentally, Netflix has lifted limits on online movie streaming for all plans except the very cheapest, I think. But there are probably still compatibility issues with non-Windows systems.
Oh, and there should be a *poof* sound effect when it happens. Preceded by a synthesized female voice saying, Warning - movie poofage commencing in five minutes.
I don't have IE handy to test, but it looks like on the lines where you don't have a bullet, you're missing the final semicolon in your style attribute -- instead of list-style:none; you have list-style:none
