So this guy was hotlinking a graphic for his business site. Then the guy who was hosting the graphic got even. It's fairly subtle, so the hotlinking guy apparently hasn't noticed yet....

Somehow I imagine the government might put some... obstacles in the way of private citizens who want to own their own petite nuclear power plant....
