Enderle, mind you, is about as pro-Microsoft an analyst there is in the business today. If he's saying that people don't want Vista, and the OEMs, which at the end of the day are all about selling units, don't want to sell it, the only conclusion you can come to is that Vista is failing to win the market.
Just because Enderle is pro-Microsoft doesn't mean he's more right about them than anything else. He's full of shit.

I think you may have misread what he said. I know I did first time through, because that last sentence in the first paragraph is very badly worded. He's saying the majority of business customers DON'T want Vista.
I'm not sure where to look, would someone point me in the direction of free excel templates? I really want to have a monthly expenses planner where I can plug in expenses, paychecks, and see what's leftover, with a sheet for each month.
I've googled, become confused, and so thought it more likely that someone here would know just where to go.

I have used Excel for years, so if you need help, let me know. I use it to manage my finances currently (though I use quicken as well...quicken is better day to day, while excel gives me a better idea of long-range budgets and planning).
Once again I turn to the hivemind. I have iTunes on my home PC. It's synced to my iPod. i just downloaded iTunes onto my laptop and signed in, so it knows it's me. A co-worker told me I should now be able to plug in my iPod and it would put all my stuff on the laptop. But it won't. It tells me the iPod can only be synced with one library and it won't pull anything off of it. Am I doing something wrong, or is my co-worker simply mistaken?
coworker is mistaken. ipods (for the most part) work only one way on itunes.
Does anyone use an online fax service to receive faxes? I need my fax machine something like 10 times a year these days, so it doesn't seem worth the space it takes up.
By the way, one use of the fax is a client who faxes me web pages she's printed out. **headdeskheaddesk**
