Nope. Nothing like that yet unless you mount a tablet to a wall. There is just a keypad arming/disarming the security system and Alexa for voice control.

Gudanov, It would be a big seller, and simple for Lowes to engineer. Needs to be simple Android Based Touch Screen Application, integrated with your existing Apps.

I have to buy a new pone, since Tracphone will stop wupporting my oly 2G clamshell Dec 31. I don't need tons of storage or power in a phone, since I mostly use landline and for phoning and real computer for internet. OOH since I have to get one anyway I may as well get something works a bit better for me. That means big big big with big buttons, big screen, large icons, and decent voice control (which between Siri,Cortana and OK Google I gather any new phone will have. Between being legally partially blind (low vision) and fingers working less and less well I need something along the lines of the jitterbug though hopefully not the damn jitterbug with its highly dumbed down interface. Thoughts?

Typo Boy, I have not used Apple's accessibility options, so I don't know about it, but Android's built-in accessibility options are pretty great. If you get a large-screen phone (and pretty much every Android phone is large these days) the icons should be quite large. There are built in accessibility features to enable zooming gestures (triple-tap the screen, then you can pinch to zoom in and out anywhere on the screen and use two fingers to pan) as well as large text. There is also a Talkback feature that makes the phone talk to you a lot - I haven't played with that much and it might be overkill for you, but it is there.

You can also install external launchers - home screen applications - on Android that will replace the default launcher and allow you to set icons to as large as you want, if the built in size is too small. There's even a launcher app called Koala that is designed for the visually impaired (it looks like it gives an interface similar to the Jitterbug Touch interface, but with more features).

All that said, I have three recommendations, depending on your price sensitivity. The best big Android phone on the market right now is almost certainly the Google Pixel XL. It is currently out of stock on Google's website, and it will cost $770 when it is back in stock. You can buy unlocked and should be able to activate it on Tracfone (or you could use any other provider, including Google's own Project Fi, which I've heard great things about)

You could also go back a generation and get a Google Nexus 6P. An unlocked one on amazon will cost around $450 and they are great, very large phones. My brother and sister both use them and love them. You can also order one of these directly from Google for $400 (or $17/month) if you switch to Project Fi at the same time here [link] .

Finally, there's my favorite little Android phone that could, the Motorola Moto G4. This is the phone I have, because it's more than good enough! It costs $200 direct from Motorola, or from Amazon, unlocked. It is definitely a smaller screen than the others above, but it is still 5.5" on the diagonal - pretty darned big! It is simple to use, and if you have limited needs it will more than cover them - heck, it's my favorite phone ever, and I'm a technophile phone addict! Also, mine fell off the roof of my car at highway speeds yesterday (with an $8 case and $4 glass screen protector) and survived just fine.

OK - figured it out. $20 bucks is for ulimited US voice and unlimted texts. You pay $10 per gig for data, prorated.

Typo, if you're looking at Google Fi (which it sounds like you are), it looks like I can get us each a $20 credit if I refer you.

I was but it looks like it is going to cost $20 a month before data - which is a lot more than the 7 dollar a month tracfone costs. I'm considering switching to a $10/month plan if I an get slightly better connectivity. (Tracfone does not work in any of the hospitals, major clinics or nusring homes my Mom was in.) But a 10/mon difference is a bit much to pay for not having to strp outside to make a phonecall. Virgin mobile did not work much better. I'm looking for a step above pay-as-you-go, but not too much more.

Any suggestions for low-cost networks? :Either pay-as-you-go step above vergin mobile (Version) or Trackfone (ATT I think) Maybe gofone? Alsternatively amonthly plan that is not too extreme$10/month or thereabouts.

Republic is $15 a month unlimited talk and text. $20 a month with a gig of data. My wife and daughter have that. I have Tracfone since I have a ton of time and data saved up from rolling over. I recently upgraded my Moto E to a Moto G4 Play and, wow, that was a a huge upgrade even though the G4 Play is $150 unlocked. The G4 Play works just fine with Tracfone. According to Lenovo, the G4 and G4 play are both supposed to eventually get upgrades to Android 7.
