I use Quicken on my laptop. I haven't found the budgeting features to be either easy or useful, but at least I can keep track of all my accounts and my spending.
Still haven't found an accounting app I like for my phone. The reviews for the Quicken app for Android are still pretty negative.
I've used gnucash for years and highly recommend it. It's open source, available for lots of platforms, and good tutorials are available online. And it's free.
