Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
Wait, doesn't Picasa let you tag images and search by tag? I haven't done anything with Picasa in several years, so I may be mis-remembering.
Is there a character limit for the tags? The images I'm talking about are scans of handwritten documents, and I want to be able to attach a transcription to each one.

Run calibre directly on it for organization.
My school is moving to Lenovo Helixes, which are more powerful versions of the same idea. They are amazing - my wife has been using on all year and I will be getting one soon. They are pricier than the surface pros but bring better battery life because the keyboard case has an extra battery.
I strongly suggested that. She said no.
