I look more rad than Lutheranism

There's a reason I still use Word 2003 even though I own the 2010 version. As an editor, I do not want to give up my customized toolbar or recreate my macros.

Right there with you. Although then I run into problems when people send me .docx files.

I was going to say - I installed windows 7 after intalling 2003. It automatically enabled office 2003 to open Docx files. The compatibility pack Jensen tried to link does this if that did not happen for you. but I think the link he intended was [link]

Yeah, I figured I would have to install my 2010 software at some point (and I did use 2007 at work and have Sophia's handy dandy menu conversion spreadsheets), but I haven't had a problem opening files so until someone won't pay me until I upgrade I'm sticking with my toolbars. (I don't know why all these companies think they are simplifying things when everything seems to take more clicks than before.)

More clicks, plus I have bad eyes, and can plain old see the menus better on pre-ribbon. And microsoft does not believe in letting you change menu font (unless you want to change the font in your entire windows). Got bad eyes? Use the magnifying glass to look at a tiny piece of the screen at a time Want a better accomodation than that? As far as Msoft is concerned you can fuck yourself.

I think ribbons are not unlike QWERTY keyboards.

I recall that someone was working on a plug in to give one menus. Hmmm.
