Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

When people actually try,, they don't have consistent problems. Many people don't try, though. At Ralph's they don't even bother take it from me, just scan it in my hand, and I think they've typed it once in 20 or 30 visits.

I find it very handy for me (I'm not carrying that many cards on me), and if the other people can't be bothered to scan it and just start typing, that's entirely on them. I showed them a barcode.

Cool. I know the people who wrote the original app before it was sold to Coupons.com.

Trust my rage

Ok, I am going nuts. How do I make a picture my profile picture on FB using my iPhone? I swear, it used to be easy and now I can't figure it out.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

So my Macbook is about four years old, and it's slowing down a lot. I'm getting a lot of spinning wheels, just for simple tasks like opening a static web page or changing to another program.

Are there utilities I should be using to clean it up and speed up performance? Or should I assume it's just beat and start looking at another machine?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I would say start looking. My motherboard went after 2 years and it was still under warranty. I can give you some software tips, but after 4 years, I think you need to cruise by the apple refurb aisles.
