If you deleted iTunes before, it may not have a library to load. Can you try importing your music back in? You won't have playlists and ratings and stuff.
Edit: Or if it's loading the library, maybe check and see what your default directory is, so you can tell it where to find the music.
The music is still there, at least some of it is, but it's not in the iTunes or the iPod folder anymore. Of course. So, it might be easier to import the music library than try moving the files around and then make them work.

I can do that by hooking up my iPod and letting it copy all the stuff over, right? That's what I did just now with the eeePC. And of course, iTunes thinks the iPod is synced with a computer I no longer have. Maybe I should Deactivate All first. (I never had playlists and rating anyway. I know, I'm not using the technology to its fullest capacity.)
Frick. Nothing's easy.

No, if the files are on your computer, you can tell iTunes "This folder is where my music is. Go look there." It's somewhere in the settings. (Note: That is not literally what iTunes says.)
Okay, well, it's playing some songs and not others. Baffling.
I think you need to rebuild the library. There should be an option for that.
So... is it possible to block text messages? I've been getting a fair amount of spam texts lately and I'd like to stop that happening.

Me too. Is this becoming common for other folks?
Me three with more spam texts. Luckily, especially now with iMessage, I hardly use the texts I pay for, so it's more annoying than expensive. But I dislike it a whole lot.
I used The Google and found an app which will learn to delete spam for me. So, yay. Pity I can't have T-Mobile do it for me without logging into their website and setting up a filter each time.
Consuela,
I have AT&T and I forward each and every spam text to them. If I am irritated, they can be too.
