Verizon has been pretty good with my ipad plan. There are a couple of quirks, but none of them should apply to your iphone experience.

I feel like such a newbie. Somehow io9 posts are showing up in my Facebook News Feed. DO NOT WANT, as I already read io9 posts in Google Reader. (I must have clicked on something by mistake.)
Any ideas on how to stop this?
eta: Apparently I clicked on "Follow io9.com"? But I see no way to undo that.

Have any of you Siri owners run through the scenarios in the ads? Do they work? Some giz people were saying they couldn't do the gazpacho one. And I'd just feel creeped out if the Malkovich does but...uncanny valley AI, thank god it has no face.
I've never bothered to try, because I figure that they have programmed Siri for those scenarios because they know that people will try it.
Well, doesn't seem to be working out for them.
Well, Siri told me she doesn't know any good jokes and I can't get her to pronounce my name the way I prefer. She's set reminders for me and found things nearby just fine, though. Including organic markets.
In looking at the transcripts for those ads I just found out that SLJ is looking for mushrooms for his risotto, not mushrooms from Arizona. That makes more sense.
the iPhone is also sexist. When I type "Step", it defaults to "Stephan", and doesn't even figure out "Stephanie" when I add the "i". It's my bloody name, how often do I type it, and why can't if figure it out!
