On my seventh birthday, I wanted a toy fire truck, and I didn't get it, and you were real nice about it, and then the house next door burnt down, and then real firetrucks came, and for years I thought you set the fire for me. And if you did, you can tell me!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Boy, 11, urinates on $36K worth of Apple MacBooks

Apple won't repair them, as urine counts as a biohazard.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

We enlisted Chicago Mastering Service engineers Jason Ward and Bob Weston to help us out

Ha! Bob is an old friend of mine (he used to live in Boston). In fact, I'm pretty sure that the first time I heard the word "mp3" was from Bob.

Is there anyone around who can create a regular expression for me?

I have data that looks like this:

SMITH, JOHN (1949)

I need a regular expression to return the number inside the parenthesis. Otherwise, I can just do it without a regular expression.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

What language are you writing the regular expression in? PHP?
