Ah, okay.
If you do Amazon (grr) and Android, there's a really good deal on QuickOffice Pro. It's free for today, instead of $14.99. Pretty impressive. Available for phone and Honeycomb.
Can see them while not logged in.
Thanks for the tip, ita !. I don't know if I need it, but I'm getting it.
So, I've got a laptop at the office. Despite having a lock, I have to take it home every night. Feh. And they are pretty hardcore with the computers, they don't want you to email documents to yourself at non company emails. Feh. I don't think I'll be using Dropbox any time soon. What about thumb drives, Vortex? Or connecting to your home network?
Scanning documents is a pain. I still don't like OCR.

That totally seems like a good idea. I would if I weren't so pissy.
They don't like "non approved" thumb drives. And I can't put stuff on the iPad with one. I've got to download to the drive, then take to my home PC, then upload to Dropbox, then download to the iPad. Feh..

I like it. That and goodreader app (for iphone and ipad) really make access awesome.
Oh, file transfer to iOS. I got nothing.
ita !, have you ever played around with Tasker? It's expensive for an Android app, but it is pretty amazing. I'm looking for cool things to do with it. Right now, I have it doing the following:
I am trying to think of other things I want to automate.
