What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I was a little surprised when Google Shopper reviews were saying they had the worst customer service, whereas this site found they had great customer service. And, again, with Toshiba, raves in some places and WORST EVER in other places. We use Lenovo ThinkPads at work, so I figure they can't be terrible, although any "tech support" is through the IT department (who, naturally, recommended I buy a Lenovo, as did the guy at Best Buy and Office Depot, which was new after most people on Facebook were championing Toshiba).

Lenovo gives no worse service than anyone else

...So basically everyone is terrible! Heh.

Well again, this is a very recent change. So Lenovo may have been no worse than everyone else 4 months ago, and added a whole new level of suckitude recently. Basically they have started routing their service through China, and that takes forever and serviced stuff comes back with malware. Which is new to Lenovo and worse than everyone else.

Ha, and Dana, Liese, and dcp all love their Toshibas! This whole thing must be a crapshoot. There's no right or wrong choice, I guess.

Oh, there's a wrong choice, all right. And that wrong choice is HP. There's just no right choice.
