I love me some Evernote, especially after they made changes to it and I can do rich text notes.
You can tell how many data you have entered into Evernote by checking the web or your desktop client. I have recipes in mine and more "permanent" notes that I need to find.
I don't use tagging very much.
As far as to-do lists, I have not found the right client for that yet. I do like Wunderlist and I might revisit Google Tasks again. But I think I prefer a plain text/rich text solution.
Wow. This digitizer looks really cool. And $200 isn't that much compared to tablet costs.
I'm assuming this is fake, but I love the laser keyboard idea:

I know I asked about styluses in here before. I got one that's pretty good for typing and general screen navigation. Are there ones optimised for sketching/graphics?
Wacom Intuos are, ita ! but they come with a tablet as well - [link]
oh dear. And there's this: [link]
I linked to the Inkling not five posts back.
I already have a graphics tablet. I'm taking about a capacitive stylus for my Galaxy. Something best suited to sketching on it.
I bought this, but it has not arrived yet:
