FYI, I don't have any trouble surfing b.org with the default Android browser. (I'm also not using a personal CSS stylesheet, either, if that helps.)

The only issue I have is having to resize a lot, but otherwise the regular page works fine with my Android browser.
You shouldn't have any problem with the page as is designed, but if you want to strip it down a bit, you can use custom CSS. Well, the page size will be bigger, but the layout less busy.
I haven't had any problems either way. I either use Opera Mobile or Dolphin.
